PAST MOCK EXAMS FROM THE AUCKLAND PROGRAMME

Note that all these are zip files of the relevant papers or scripts.
You'll need to use an "unzipper" programme like Winzip or Stuffit to access the actual doc or pdf files inside.
Simplest way to download is to right-click on the link then save the zip file to a folder of your choice.

Note that the gender, ethnicity and names of the roleplayers in our scripts is determined by our local volunteers from among the registrars. If you want to adapt scripts to have other details, feel free to email Felicity and ask for a word document that you can edit.

MOCK WRITTENS
Auckland Mock Writtens Dec 2003 (Initial "new model" paper written end of 2003. Note that it's in the outmoded
"March 2004" format with 6 MEQs and different scoring within Paper II, so it's not as useful as a full Mock exam.)

NB: With the change to the structure of the Writtens from August 2009, these collated papers are less useful as a full Mock Examination practice resource, however you can still practice for the exams by using the questions.

Mock MCQ exam 2020
The main paper and the stimulus don't need to be printed in colour if you're doing them on paper rather than electronically - just make sure the CAP tables in both are legible in grayscale. Note that the paper is formatted so that after 2020 it can be done electronically, in Word. It's thus 174 pages long, which is a huge printing task. Trainees might prefer to display it on a laptop or tablet while doing the mock exam rather than printing it (in the lead-up to November 2020 when the real thing will also be a paper-based exam.) The answers aren't filled in on the paper itself, but rather on the provided 'scantron' answer sheet.

Mock MCQ exam 2021 (now uploaded)
The main paper and the stimulus don't need to be printed in colour if you're doing them on paper - just make sure the CAP tables in both are legible in grayscale. Note that the paper is also provided as a Word file so that after 2021 it can be done electronically. It's thus 175 pages long, which is a huge printing task. Trainees might prefer to display it on a laptop or tablet while doing the mock exam rather than printing it, due to the length. 
NB: whether you display the paper on screen or print off a paper version, don't fill the answers in on the paper itself, but use the provided 'scantron' answer sheet.
